According to the Italy’s Best Customer Service 2024/2025 survey
Livigno has been crowned as the most beloved ski resort in Italy for the best customer care! This extraordinary recognition comes from the third edition of the prestigious Italy’s Best Customer Service 2024/2025 survey, conducted by Corriere della Sera and Statista.
This joint survey aims to demonstrate the importance of customer service in Italy, regarded as a direct point of contact between a company and its customers, as well as a fundamental tool to build and confirm consumer loyalty and improve corporate reputation.
The independent survey, conducted by Statista, a leading provider of market and consumer data, involved over 15,000 Italians to evaluate various aspects of customer service of numerous companies, divided into 155 categories for a total of 4,600 main relevant competitors. The opinions of Italians were based on five key criteria: service availability, customer orientation, professional competence, communication quality, and variety of solutions offered.
The processing of the results of this survey led to the awarding of 473 prizes to companies, providers, and institutions that offer the best customer service in Italy.
The Little Tibet of Italy and Europe, as well as one of the most appreciated mountain destinations by Italians and tourists from all over the world, has achieved the first place among the “Ski Resorts” – part of the macrocategory «Leisure, Culture, and Education» – with an exceptional score of 9.02. This result is a great satisfaction for the Valtellina locality, which continues to offer its guests the best customer service, consolidating its position of excellence.
It is worth remembering that only two years ago, in the same survey, Livigno ranked third. Today, reaching the top is a result that fills us with pride and confirms our constant commitment to improving the experience of our visitors.
Livigno is not only one of the best ski resorts, but in two years it will also host the freestyle and snowboard competitions during the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympics, continuing to demonstrate its excellence and dedication to the world of winter sports.
