The main information
regarding insurance coverage
SUBJECT OF THE WARRANTY
The Insurance covers the Insured if they should be civilly liable for damage caused involuntarily to Damaged parties identified and authorised to transit, even temporarily on the pistes (so-called fenced-in area) of the Contracting Party for the following occurrences:
- Physical injuries or death up to Euro 250,000.00;
- Damage to property owned by the Damaged party, provided that physical injuries to the Damaged third party were simultaneously caused in the same event, up to Euro 50,000.00.
For any damage to property and/or injuries suffered by the Damaged party, a straight deductible sum of Euro 500.00 per event shall be always provided and shall be borne by the Insured party.
Should, at the time of the Accident, the Insured party have in force another insurance covering damage to third parties, the Insurance operates as Second Risk.
THE INSURANCE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
natural persons who fall within the definition of Family member |
injuries and/or property of the Insured party and/or of a Family member |
injuries and/or damage caused or facilitated by wilful misconduct by the Insured and/or its Family members |
damage to property entrusted to the Insured party and/or a Family member for safekeeping |
injuries and/or damage caused off-piste or outside the areas authorised by the Contracting Party |
injuries and/or damage resulting from any events that occurred to the Insured party while performing its professional activity |
damage caused by participation in any races, training sessions, competitions and related qualifying and preliminary and final checks envisaged by the competition regulations |
property damage with no contextual damage to the Damaged party |
injuries and/or damage caused by the Insured party after assuming narcotic substances |
injuries and/or damage caused by the Insured party with a blood alcohol level equal to or higher than the one set by the regulations governing motor vehicle traffic at the time of the accident |
injuries and/or damages caused by acts of war, insurrections, military occupations, and the development - however arisen, controlled or not - of nuclear energy or radioactivity |
injuries and/or damage caused by failure to use a protective helmet if required by law |
injuries to the Damaged party who did not undergo a medical check, in case this was requested by the Company |
costs for delivery and/or recovery of the documents necessary for the management of the Accident by the Company |
Accidents in which there is an agreement between the Insured party and the Damaged party, with no prior approval of the Company, including any form of liability, whether total or partial |

THE CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE CENTER GUARANTEES THE INSURED TO:
Online Consultancy Service for any information on the contents, methods and procedures of the Insurance Programs;
Claims Management Service for the management, settlement and payment of the Indemnity, with limitation to the minimum necessary of the bureaucratic tasks to be borne by the Insured.
